About Nutcracker Training Camp
Our Nutcracker Training Camp is a program designed to prepare young dancers for our Nutcracker Suite performance. This week-long intensive offers specialized training that focuses on choreography, acting, and ballet pantomime, providing a unique opportunity for dancers to immerse themselves in a beloved holiday tradition while benefiting from high-quality dance education.
During the camp, participants will:
Learn Choreography & Rehearse Roles
Dancers will work on choreography, rehearse their roles, and build the production as a cohesive ensemble
Refine Technical Skills
The intensive is structured to refine technical skills, ensuring that each dancer is prepared for the demands of the stage
Build Confidence
Through rigorous training and rehearsal, dancers will gain the confidence needed for a successful stage performance
Work with Experienced Instructors
Our skilled instructors bring years of expertise to help dancers develop their ballet and performance abilities
Form Lasting Friendships
The camp fosters a sense of community, allowing dancers to build strong bonds with their peers
Participate in a Professional Production (optional)
Camp participants will have the opportunity to be part of a professional production at the prestigious Epiphany Center for the Arts
